Cannot set up my site to match the demo

I do not have options to configure logo, header, etc. Seems like some parts are missing. I have disabled all plug ins.
site: http://www.evicita.grI reopened the same ticket because I cannot see the reply in the other post. Once I click the thread I get automatically logged off. Please reply in the email [email protected] if possible.
