Cannot view student’s assignments list

  When a student submits an assignment, the instructor of the corresponding course can not edit the list of assignments. It displays the following message:
  Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
  Even we have granted the instructor with all necessary grants.
  Thank you very much for your help.
