Can't access Thimpress elements through WPBakery

      I can’t seem to access things like ‘Thim Testimonials’ and ‘Thim Services’ through WPBakery. When I try to edit them through the WPBakery front page editor, everything just appears as a text box with text box settings and a shortcode inside…please see attachment.
