can’t get rid of demo text in widget at bottom of page and a few other items

my web guy and i can’t seem to find where to delete the demo text and info at the bottom left of a few screens on my site after changing to coaching theme. he tried but it didn’t work. i can’t even locate where this text is and would like to as well as put in my own info.
next, the bottom social media icons don’t work to my sites. i believe i have put in my info but they do not click anywhere. i fixed the ones at top of page but need bottom ones working as well.
how do i add color font to a word press blog?
why isn’t a blog featured pic and post showing in center of page. when i go to blog post page from menu it only shows tiny blog posts in right column. i would like the posts to show in center of page in descending order of post date.
the advanced tab is NOT showing where i can send you my access info.
please help asap!
