Cart is currently empty and so, unable to log into course

There has been a issue since long
Issue – After the payment and checkout, when the customer loginto the profile dashboard, the course that is purchased is not visible and so not able to proceed ahead. i.e. course is blank.
After the checkout – I see the CART IS CURRENTLY EMPTY and this issue is not able to link up the purchased course.
Pls not i do have any cache plugin. (Disabled)
I have also check up with the host providers and they have also done the same disabled.I have updated the tools in woocommerce status as well
