Cart is not working , issues with payment gateway

Hi
My site is https://certikart.com/
When I click on the course, there will be a Add to Cart button in that course main page.
I click on it, it is going to checkout and is showing an error message, Cart is Empty.
Also when I tried to checkout, it is showing As per Indian Rule, the address should not be empty. I couldnt find an option how user can add address during registration or checkout.
Also where I can see the guest checkout? I am not seeing it
