Certificate Add-On for Learnpress – NOT WORKING

Hello,
I installed and activated the Certificate Add-On and successfully created a certificate. However, when I attempt to add the certificate to a course under course settings, clicking the Certificates tab only shows loading bars without displaying the certificates I created.
