Certificate no shown after migration the site

I have migrated the database by xml export tools (wordpress export/import tools)
Successfully imported the certificate data connected to course.However, it can not be seen by participants, and when I updated the certificate template it showed :
“There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
no specific instruction in my email admin. I can not do anything.
