Certificate not appearing in certificate selection inside course

  I created a course named “Διατροφικές παρεμβάσεις σε ασθενείς με Κοιλιοκάκη” and created also a certificate with the same name.
  
  When i try to select it, it does not appear in the certificates list although it is published.
