Certificate Problem when finishing a course

Hello, we have just bough the Certificate Add-on. All works well, but when I go front and finish a course, and the click on the “certificate button”, I am redirected to a blank page with just a little icon that doesn’t download anything.
It seems like it is a screen bug with the certificate.I installed Certifiate 3.1.3
