Certificates Plugin is not generating the certificate

Hi!
I’ve purchased the certificates plugin, installed it on my test website, and for some reason it’s not generating the certificate when the course is completed. All I get is a blank page with some sharing buttons. Please check the screenshot >> https://gyazo.com/0d8fa0b37975aef28bae7b9053ad6f23
