Change language and style to email sent to new user

Hi,
I have tried to change the title, language and style of the email that the user receives when he registers to the site but I have not been successful. I’ve dealt with plugging, modifying the functions.php and nothing, I can’t find a way to do it.
How can I change the text and style of the mail (see image)
