Change Sharing Icons on Landing Page

Hi,
I’m trying to change the Sharing icons on my landing page (https://eddify.co/landing-page) but can’t find where to do it. This is because Google Plus is no longer around.

Also, the Facebook share button is giving an error that says: “param media must be an array.”
