Change the main registration identifier from Email to Phone Number

When users register I want Phone number to be the main verification or unique identifier instead of email https://prnt.sc/OFM09lXdy3AU
And for login, it should be Username/Phone number https://prnt.sc/2qhrnoqQsMff
