Checkout page missing Cart button and bug on checkbox for agree to terms

Hello Support, My site is now live. When going through the checkout I noticed two issues.
1. Missing back to cart button. If a user conducts checkout and they happen to add the incorrect number of items or they need to remove a item they are unable to do so. I have a temporary workaround where i added text and a hyperlink to the /cart page. Can you see that the checkout page have a Cart button?
To reproduce: click on a product, choose add to cart, once done, you are unable to modify from proceed to checkout page. User has no way to go to the cart page.
2. in the checkout page under payment: The Checkbox is in the incorrect place. I have tried all types of responsive pages, and it does not get shift into the right place and covers the text. See attached. https://prnt.sc/1se422c
