Child theme and free courses problem on mobile version

Hello,
we have a problem with the child theme. We have created the site with the parent theme and are trying to activate the child theme, but many of the settings are missing.
In the documentation help, it says to export the data
+ In case you made some changes in Coaching Parent theme and you want to keep them for
the child theme, please follow the guide:
-> Go to menu Appearance / Customize.
-> Change Active theme to Coaching. Find section Import/Export then export settings.
-> Change Active theme to Coaching Child. Go to section Import/Export then import the exported file.
-> Save changes.
We can’t find this menu anywhere, and when we turn on the child theme, the site settings are lost.

The second issue we have is related to purchasing a free course on the mobile version. When we turn it on it gives a 404 error
for now we have released this option, “Students can see the content of all course items and take the quiz without logging in”, but we would like to go through registration for the free course as well
