Choose Media, Media Library not opening when editing Footer Widget

      When I click Customize -> Widgets -> Footer -> Add Block -> Legacy Widget -> This: Single Images -> Choose Media, the Media Library does not open when I click Choose Media. How may I resolve this issue?
