Cloud on the footer is missing

Hi, i noticed the cloud on the footer is not showing up, how do i add the cloud to match with all the pages. this is only happening on the search page and the blog page. Pages affected by this is below. I just need everything to match up to theme of this page. I really appreciate your help, thank you
