I recently purchased a website template from your store, and unfortunately, I have encountered some issues upon installation.
Instead of the template I purchased, I am seeing different elements on my website that do not match the one I selected. I have attached 2 pictures (uploaded LINK on Prnt) where you can see the right template I bought and the wrong template has been installed instead.
I would appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this matter promptly. I kindly request either a fix to ensure the correct template is installed, or a full refund of my purchase.
