Coaching theme doesn’t work

Hi,
I just purchased the Coaching WP theme and can download it but can’t get it started.
This is what comes up. Can you please help me or get a refund so that I can choose another theme that works better.
I have talked to my webhotel and they are saying there is a problem with the theme.
