Completion Quiz leading to Certificate award automatically

Hi Daisy,
With reference to our previous ticket raised (https://thimpress.com/forums/topic/upgrade-issues-with-learnpress-leading-to-non-functional-website/#post-749456), it is being observed that the completion of the Quiz doesn’t lead to having a tab on that page suggesting Completion of Course which on clicking would automatically lead to the award of certificate.Currently , we do not know where to go to get the Certificate which we believe should flow naturally.The process flow previously was natural and in line with our requirement .
Can you kindly look into the matter and create that option TAB of Course Completion which will lead to Certificate being awarded.
The access details are the same as before and hence we are not sharing the same once again here.
