Conciliate at Toolbars 1st Header (Links + icons that stick on mobile)

  Hi, i’m struggling when costumizing Toolbar and its widgets.
  At the right we wanted to have Links just like you have in https://eduma.thimpress.com/demo-grad-school/ with
  STUDENTS | PARENTS | FACULTY & STAFF |ALUMNI
  
  And in the right corner we want ícon that stick on mobile just like you have the search icon and last at right, the login icon.
  
  I wanted to have also icons that stick on mobile but not those of the demo but like i have now at https://www.v2.idtraining.pt/.
  
  The problem is that i’m not able to conciliate both option.
  How should i do it?
  
  Instead of STUDENTS | PARENTS | FACULTY & STAFF |ALUMNI i want to link FAQS and AGENDA, and instead of those icons that stick on mobile i want others like the one i letf https://www.v2.idtraining.pt/, so that in mobile there is a quick icon to contact us.
