Conflict with the plugin Elementor

We bought your theme CharityWP and installed it on a website (Site link : https://zepintel.com/help/). Now, we are facing an issue and would appreciate some help from you. When activating the plugin Elementor, the site is no more working, and we have an error 500. When we deactivate the plugin, the website is working, but the display is not correct.
Could you assist us ?
