Content does not set in RTL format in Arabic

Hello,
I’ve added WPML plugin for translation. I’ve used English and Arabic language in site. The site is working fine with English. But in Arabic, the content does not set in RTL format. You can check about page for now. As we’ve set some content in English and in Arabic in About page. Here is the link, you can check About page : http://clientapp.narola.online/sp/charity/about/
Would you please check my issue and help me ?
