Content Drip option doesn’t work

I try to use Content Drip option for my Timed and monitored courses as I needed to restrict learners to jump on end or to complete the course under a certain time.
To achieve this for this course I have selected Drip type “2. Open the course items sequentially” and under settings, I’ve set delayed access for items but when I open this course nothing is restricting me to go to a final test or to complete the last lesson first. No time restriction either. Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong?
