Coupon discount in hotel booking

Is the COUPON function available for Hotel Bookings or only for Products in Shop?
If it can be used for Hotel Booking discount, can I have a run through on how to use the discount? Is the TITLE the coupon code? Also, when I set to % discount, minimum amount spend becomes percentage also. Please let me know how to do this. Thanks!
