Coupon Does Not Exist on checkout & backend booking confirmation editing page

  Hi there,
  I’ve created a coupon code for providing discount while booking rooms. But it’s not working. Showing a error message when applying the coupon code on cart/checkout pages called ” Coupon does not exist! ” . Also coupon is not showing up in the dashboard booking confirmation page when trying to add to a existing order in WP Hotel Booking > Bookings > Edit order page.
  
  I’ve enabled the coupon option from ” WP Hotel Booking > Setting ” . Am I missing something? Could you please suggest me what I’m missing?
