Course does not start after purchase

I created a learnpress course in the free version. It is now ready to go live.
I tested the course but after a student buys it, the course does not start.I bought the plug inn to make it work with woocommerce. I created a product in woocommerce, where i linked the course to the product.
When the course is bought, it is not visible in the account of the user.My website is build in wordpress, avada theme and uses woocommerce.
Would like support on this matter. -

Please give me your site URL and a WordPress admin account by using “access information”, see instruction here https://thimpress.com/knowledge-base/send-sites-access-information/, I will check your issue.
And please backup your website before we do anything on your website.

I am very disappointed (pissed of) for the time this is taking to get support and made the decision to use an other plugin.
Therefor i am currently transfering my data to the other plugin. Once transferred, i will deactivate and delete Learnpress.I have purchased 2 add ons for Learnpress (Stripe and Woocommerce) which i will not be able to use.
Considering the time and effort invested in this, without it getting to work, i want my money back for these add ons. -

same issue here, could anyone please help ? I tested to buy a course, paid it, and back to the course, but it still ask to add to cart instead of access the course
FYI, I am using woocommerce payment gateway

Thank you for you response, but not helpfull at all.
‘Please check again’ is not the response that is helpfull after 4 days of waiting for your response….It is possible to purchase the course, but as my support tickets states, the course does not start after purchase, nor can it be found in the account of the buyer.
Because of the non-response and long wait, i switched to another LMS plugin which works instantly.
For that reason, i want a refund for the 2 ad ons i bought to make Learnpress compatible with my payment portal, that i was not able to use, nor wil i be using it.I find the plugin dissapointing, the support is slow, now please don’t make a fool of your customer service as well….
