Course score and certificate issue

HI please, can you help. Once the quiz is done, it shows I only got 1 answer wrong, but it calculates it as 80%? which should be 9/10 is 90%. Also, once the download button for the certificate appears, it does not download anything. When I go to profile I can see it, but still can not download it? please see screenshots attached. How do I fix the calculation for the quizz’s percentage and how can user download their certificate? Thanks http://prnt.sc/twsara and http://prnt.sc/twsb5r
