Course Search in homepage does work

The course search in the home page is not working. the URL goes to another page and does not populate the results.
Website http://ctsurgeons.phacsin.com/
I gave the search keyword as course (see screenshot below):
http://prnt.sc/zr46n8Now the website redirects to another page course-2 and no results are shown.
http://prnt.sc/zr4dmoPlease help to correct the search widget.
