Courses not completing

Hello, I am using Generate Press, LearnPress, and Paid Membership Pro. It seems that with a recent update my students can no longer complete a course. The gray checkbox is not turning green. Also, some students, they can not see a button to allow them to complete a lesson or finish a course.

With your problem, we need to access your admin page to check, can you provide me your website URL and your admin account? We will check the problem for you.

Did support resolve the problem?
I have the same issue after updating and they are saying it’s PayPal not Learnpress or the update.
Can you please let me know if they resolved it, and what was the issue/solution?thank you.

We tried creating a user test account to test but didn’t have this problem.

Hello Daisy,
So I logged in with my test account and the “Complete” button seems to be there and working however I mentioned this to one of my customers and he told me it still doesn’t show for him and his courses are not completing. I logged in to his account, thinking that perhaps he needed to clear his cache so I thought I’d try it on my end, and sure enough, he does not have the buttons below the videos and his videos are not completing when he watches them.
