Create account not working

Hi,
Since the new Eduma update (version 4.4.6) on my website http://www.droneacademie.ca, the “Create account” function is not working. No new clients can subscribe!

If you can’t solve the problem at the first intervention, could you please roll back the Eduma version to version 4.4.5 before figuring out how to solve my problem? Everything was working fine then.
