Right now, LearnPress plugin uses WordPress’s own registration page / code to enroll new students in course.
But the problem is, when user registers using WordPress’s in-built registration facility, he views WordPress Dashboard [site.com/wp-admin] instead of LearnPress landing page / course page. This confuses user because he didn’t registered to the site BUT he just enrolled for the LearnPress course ONLY which is just a part of that site.
So my request to developers is that, can’t you create separate registration / login / Enroll feature for users? So that, site owner sends URL to course registration page, user registers using email / password and then user directly starts taking course vias course first lesson OR course home page.
Learn Press is indeed one the great plugin to create courses on WordPress. This will add up GREAT facility and customization to Learn Press plugin. Hope to get positive reply from community!
Cheers!
Snapshot is attached of user’s view when he enrolls for course.

Dear Anand,
Can you give me your wp-admin to check, using access information?
Because If user enrolled course, they can access you site as logged in.

Hi Huyen
Thanks for reply! I have now solved this issue by installing Membership plugin “Ultimate Member”. I have created new role “Course Enrollment” and redirected user on Course page directly.
Actually I wanted to navigate user to course page instead of default Login screen of WordPress. Because registered user gets to see dashboard there and also there is no “My Course” kind of page. But thanks to above mentioned plugin, my job is done!
However, let me now if you can add this feature in LearnPress itself?
Thanks Again!

Yes. Please do the needful.
Because problems is that If LearnPress uses WordPress default login / registration mechanism then following issues occur –
1. Cannot customize registration email
2. Cannot navigate user to course page after he registers and activates account
3. Cannot create separate role for course users because default roles with LearnPress user is “subscriber”And lot of more problems occurs later on also.
At least provide option to disable this feature like “Do you want LearnPress to use WordPress default registration? Yes / No”
So hope to see this change in next release :-)
