Creating Custom Email Autoresponse for Individual Rooms

Hi,
I am trying to send automated emails on the booking of each room. The rooms are in different locations and so each room requires different instructions for finding the room/door codes etc.
Is there a plug in you would recommend for achieving this as I have been unsuccessful so far.
