Critical Error on Profile

Hi there,
1. I am getting a critical error when I register and then go to the profile page and click on in progress.
2. Also when logging in there is a white bar above the sticky menu. I also had this issue when logged out and was told to deactivate the buddyexpress plugin, which helped, but it’s still happening when logged in.
Please could you advise.
