Critical issues in Register and login

  Hey,
  I am facing a number of issues with respect to Login and Registration
  
  1. The Register option is not leading to a page where it displays a confirmation mail has been sent to user.I had to write my own custom page for that.
  2. The login option leads to the same my account page where it shows the custom page i made instead of going to Profile page
  3.Then when login is made in case of wrong password also it leads to this same page showing nothing to user about wrong password.
  
  Please help at the earliest, as these are critical issues .Please fix
  
  I have sent my credentials on mail also immediately after u asked.I really need urgent help to fix this to put my website live. Hope it is resolved at the earliest.
