CSS and contents are missing

I have bought that theme and tried to install it. For the first time, It didn’t get installed with everything how it should. Then I uninstalled the theme and download it again and then tried to install it but it’s been missing out CSS and menus and other content.
Could you please have a look at that to get me rid of this problem?I have attached the site credentials so that you can have a look at it.
