Custom content in cart and checkout pages

Hi,
I am trying to add custom textual content in the cart & checkout pages, but it seems that the [hotel_booking_checkout] and [hotel_booking_cart] shortcodes overwrite it so only the plugin related content is displayed.
I would like to add some custom content such as information paragraphs, various links, titles and subtitles aso.
I am using WPBakery Page Builder but the issue occurs even without using it…How can I make this work ?
