Custom Course Booking Tiles Are Missing – Please Help ASAP

Hi, you have previously custom-developed the course booking tile that I was expecting to come up on this CSM page: https://www.scrumwithstyle.com/certified-scrummaster/
For some reason, it does not come up, but it does come up for a different category (A-CSM). See the tile on https://www.scrumwithstyle.com/advanced-certified-scrummaster/
