Demo Image Grey Boxes – not editable

Hello,
Daisy was helping us before with our home page, and did a great job! We had an issue where the homepage had extra space at the top and she changed the template to “home” which fixed that, but it seems to have changed some other elements on the page. There are now two grey boxes that say “Demo Image” that have appeared that weren’t there before, and I don’t see any option to edit those. In addition, the first demo image grey box is covering the thim editing widget to the right, and I’m not able to access that section either. Please advise.

The other area I need support with is where to change the main image that appears on the events and courses pages.
