Demo Import failed and wp booking plugin activation failed

Hi,
i purchased today your sailing wordpress theme. Afted i installed it, i got 2 errors:

1. the wp booking plugin is failing to activate. The error is:

2. the demo imported fails to import every demo. the error is:

“Import failed!
Sorry to let you know that your server system can not work properly with Demo Importer due to some configs. Please request some support.
Get support || Dashboard”

How it can be possible? Maybe something in the hosting configuration? php version? memory limit? i don’t know, please help!
