Demo Installation Causing SSL Certificate Error

I installed the Test Prep Demo on my domain and now I’m getting warning that the SSL certificate chain is not complete. (See attachment)
At first, I thought it was a hosting/domain error so I called them but after a through troubleshooting session we found that the error is being caused by the theme. How can I get the SSL error resolved?
Note: Access info is already granted.
