Demo not working, all content disappeared

Hello, I worked for a long time with Demo 2 but I saw the bug was fixed to install Demo 3… so I attempted to install that one, copying over all of my content, well all my content is deleted as well as the DEMO 3 is NOT what is advertised. It still is not the correct one. I switched back to 2 but I really need to restore my previous content. Help!
