Design-Problems with the menu bar by responsive view

  Hi,
  to design the the sticky menu by normal size (Desktop-Comuter) that goes well.
  The Layouts & Main Menu by responsive view for mobile can’t be changed with a other color.
  
  Thanks for explain for solution – we don’t give access to our Web-Site.
