Display setting does not appeared on Home page and Blog page

I didn’t find how to display “Display setting” to insert top image on this 2 pages.
I read this https://docs.thimpress.com/coachingwp/#page-settings-5-2-2
And it works fine on every other page…
Could you explain to me how to fix that ?
