donate button disappeared and page headers

1. Not sure what I did but the donate button in the toolbar disappeared. when it was there you were kind enough to move a bit away from the main nav menu. Can you bring it back and provide instruction on how to do that so if it happens again, I can correct it.
2. is there an option to change the image on each page header other than custom css? Or do all page headers have to be the same image?
