Editing User profile page

Hello, on the profile page for registered users, I have the standard “Courses Orders Settings Quiz Results” and below “Owned Purchased”
I would like to remove the “Owned” tab, maybe take out the “Biographical Info” under Settings and maybe remove the avatar photo..
Also I would like to translate these tabs in the near future but I cant see where they can be edited, can you help?
