Eduma Child Theme Apperance Settings Not Updating

  Hello,
  
  I am using the Eduma Child Theme
  
  I cannot update any logo on apperance page, also I cannot change any menu to primary. Could anyone check please what is wrong? When clicking save, there is no change
  
  I am using Eduma Child because the page seems strange when using Eduma Theme.
