Eduma Theme making conflicts with Ultimate Member User Registration Settings

Hello everyone.
This is the second time I create a ticker about this problem which already has more than 4 weeks without get a solution, I already identify is the theme the one making the conflicts here, Ultimate Member already realised a new version of the plugins and the users who had the same issue don’t have it anymore (the use other themes), I still with the problem and all I need to do is disable the theme and Ultimate Member User Registration Settings works perfectly but of course I need this theme.

So please, find a solution, if you need I can provide FTP and WP Admin access to check and fix.
