EDUMA Theme will not load.. MISSING CSS STYLE SHEET!

I just purchased the EDUMA Theme for a client and it will not install due to missing CSS Style sheet! I had planned to spend today working on this so NOT HAPPY!!
I am attaching the error code and insisting you start this license from the DATE IT ACTUALLY CAN BE INSTALLED and not today, since TODAY it is useless.
